DELIVERY
- How much does delivery cost?
All our products enjoy the free shipping service to most parts of the country (only for Italy). For the regions of Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria, shipping costs 10 euros.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are between 1/2 working days (only for Italy).
Any delays may be due to production downtime and therefore deliveries may be delayed by up to 7/10 working days (only for Italy).
- Can I enter a different delivery address than the one on the invoice?
Yes, you can indicate a different delivery address from the invoice address.
INVOICING AND PAYMENTS
- What payment methods can be used?
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card - the order will be processed immediately, we do not apply an increase on the order total.
- Advance bank transfer - the order will be processed as soon as the transfer has been entered into our account, no additional charges.
- Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT.
- Will I receive a purchase receipt?
Yes, a purchase receipt is issued for each order placed or a tax receipt, depending on the customer's request and need.
- Is it possible to request an invoice?
Yes, it is possible to request an invoice when ordering, by completing the appropriate fields during check out or by writing the details in the "notes" section. In case of sending the order without the data for the invoice, the simple purchase receipt will be issued, i.e. the regular receipt, which will be sent in original with the product.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- How much time do I have to request a refund or make a return?
Refunds may be requested by the customer within 60 days from the date of delivery of the product, in the event of a damaged product or in the event of an error or change of mind on the part of the customer.
- How much is the refund?
If the product arrives damaged, the refund will be equal to the total amount spent by the customer. If, on the other hand, the customer has ordered the product incorrectly or has had a change of heart, the refund is made net of shipping costs (which amount to 20% of the purchase price).
PRODUCTS
- Do the products have a guarantee?
Yes, the products have a guarantee that varies depending on the product category.
The mixers have a 5 year guarantee.
The steel sinks have a 2 year guarantee.
Composite sinks have a 10-year guarantee.
- Are they new products?
Yes, all products for sale on our website are new, with original packaging and accessories.
